Pumps, specified
for your application.

For an individual replacement, a small installation or a complete plant: compare centrifugal, chemical transfer, dosing and gear pumps, plus mixing equipment. Share your required flow, head and liquid details for selection support in Bangalore and across Karnataka.

Specifications describe the stated series or family, not every configuration pictured. Maximum flow, head and pressure are not simultaneous duty point guarantees. Final selection needs a model curve and material check.

The right details.
A better selection.

Bring us the duty, not just a motor rating or a nominal size.

  1. Required flow and total dynamic head
  2. Liquid, concentration, temperature and solids
  3. Suction level, pipework and available NPSH
  4. Electrical supply, controls and installation space
  5. For a replacement: model, nameplate, connection sizes and photographs

Pumps: common questions.

Can I buy a single replacement pump?

Yes. Bharathi Associates supports individual buyers as well as contractors and industrial teams. Share the existing model, nameplate, connection sizes, liquid and required flow/head so we can check a suitable replacement.

Do the maximum flow and head apply at the same time?

No. A family maximum describes a range limit, not one operating point. The selected model curve must match your required flow and total head. Materials, temperature, suction conditions and motor rating must also be checked.

Do you supply a dosing pump or a complete dosing system?

Both are included in the range. A standalone pump meters the liquid; a complete package can also include a tank, agitator, pipework and controls. The scope is agreed around your chemical, dosing rate and installation.

Which pump should I choose for an STP or ETP?

Clean water transfer usually calls for a centrifugal pump, solids bearing wastewater may need a non-clog pump, and controlled chemical addition needs a dosing pump. Selection starts with the liquid and the matched flow/head duty.

Is SS316 suitable for every chemical?

No. Compatibility depends on the chemical, concentration, temperature, seals and operating conditions. PP, PVDF or another material may be more appropriate after supplier assessment.

Can I choose a pump using only its horsepower?

No. Motor power alone does not identify the operating point. We need the required flow, total head, liquid properties and suction conditions.
