Who this notice covers
This notice applies to the Bharathi Associates website and enquiries to our Bangalore business. It explains what happens when you browse, use an enquiry form, email or call us.
Website enquiries and storage
The website has no customer account database and does not upload enquiry form entries to a Bharathi Associates server. The form prepares an email in your own email application; you choose whether to send it. Form entries are not saved by this site in cookies or local storage. Your browser or email provider may retain information under its own settings.
Information you choose to send
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you provide. We use them to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, coordinate an order or service request and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, banking credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Email and telephone correspondence is handled separately from the website form.
No marketing use
We do not use enquiry details for promotional mailing lists, advertising audiences or marketing campaigns. We do not sell personal information. This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts.
Service providers and external links
Email, telecommunications and hosting providers may process technical information needed to operate their services, including delivery records or security logs. Necessary order or technical details may be shared with a supplier or service engineer to fulfil your request; unrelated personal details should not be included. External websites apply their own policies. Google Maps is loaded only when you select “Show Google map”, which connects your browser to Google.
Retention and security
Website form entries are not retained in a website database. Correspondence and order, payment or service records may need to be kept for the relevant enquiry, transaction, dispute or statutory record keeping requirement. They should not be kept longer than necessary for those purposes. Access should be limited to people who need it. No online communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to provide optional details, contact us directly instead of using the form, or leave without sending an email. For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or a privacy concern, write to info@bharathi-associates.com with enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. Requests are considered subject to identity verification, applicable law and required record retention. Withdrawing information needed for an order may affect our ability to complete that request.

This notice is intended for an Indian business and should be read with applicable Indian privacy and information technology law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as their relevant provisions come into force.
